The unique multifunctional patented sanding material is developed for flexibly sanding either smooth or angled surfaces. Mirka Abralon is a brand that is generally associated with the marine and automotive industries. These discs allow both wet and dry sanding due to the flexible weave that allows air and water to pass.
The discs are suitable for pre-polishing and finishing of gel coat, glass reinforced plastic (GRP), lacquers and SMC. For the surface preparation of composite body parts, it is recommended that you use coarser grits. For priming and applying top lacquer on body surfaces, it is better to fine sand the surface with smoother grits.
